Being in the fitness industry for over ten years has definitely opened my eyes to LOTS of mistakes people make when they begin a new routine. Weight loss seems to be super easy for some and then for the rest of the world it is a GIANT mystery! Why does this work? Why doesn’t this work? Is this healthy? Can I eat that? Etc. Etc.
